Studies of Groundwater Quality in Nakhonchum District, Kamphaeng Phet Province

Abstract
This research aims to study the physical composition and some chemicals substance of groundwater in Nakhonchum district, Kamphaeng Phet Province. According to the groundwater Regulations of B.E.2535 and Mineral Resources Department under the Ministry of Health, 1991, the results showed that the quality of groundwater in Nakhonchum against groundwater standards which announced by the Department of Mineral Resources 2535 and mineral water standard announced by the Ministry of Health, b.e. 2534. The Parameters measured were temperature (oC), acidity - alkalinity (pH), total solids , conductivity, the amount of manganese and Iron founded in water . The study found that all parameters except the amount of iron the value, are precisely followed the standard bar of governance which announce by the Department of Mineral Resources B.E. 2535 and Food Regulations of the Ministry of Health, B.E.2534.
