The Application Development of Document Notification System on Smart Phone

Abstract
The purpose of this research were to 1) develop the application of document notification system on smart phone and 2) offer alternative option to send document to staff. After the dean of faculty reads document and assigns the job to staff, administrator can use web application to fill data, send document file, and choose staff follow that the dean assign and save in system. Then, mobile application will alert number of new document on icon mobile desktop. Staff can see the document and share it to facebook, messenger, line or google drive. Researcher analyzed and designed system by using context diagram, data flow diagram, and ER-diagram. After that, we designed database and developed application. Application has 2 parts. First part is web application which is developed by PHP, CSS, Angular JS and SQL Server R2 database connection. Second part is Mobile Application that is developed by NodeJS, JDK8, Android Studio, Xcode, Genymotion and Ionic Framework. The application of document notification system on smart phone will offer alternative option to send document go staff. It can reduce the loss of document and reduce using paper. In terms of system evaluation, we found that the system evaluation of administrator was at the highest level ( = 4.83) and the system evaluation of staff is at the high level (
= 4.06).
