Development of Information System for Risk Management of Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University

Abstract
The purpose of this research were to 1) develop an information system for reporting about risk management performance of department within Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University (KPRU) 2) study the quality of information system and 3) study the satisfaction of users of information system. This system was designed and developed by HTML, PHP and Javascript programming languages, and using MySQL program for store the database. The system provided a function menu for complete the implementation of the risk management process which components of menu are risk analysis and identification, risk assessment and prioritization, risk management planning, monitoring of result, and summarizing of the risk assessment result after the implementation. The system was tested to find bugs by researcher and co-researcher for improvement in the first and then testing the system quality again by sample group. The samples used study for quality testing and satisfaction of system were executive, main worker, and co-worker of risk management implementation amount 14 and 30 samples respectively. The statistics used in the research were mean () and standard deviation (SD). The research results found that the quality of system is a very good level in overall (
=4.42, S.D. = 0.58) including suggestions of testers to improve the system to be better quality. For the satisfaction study after one year of system activation, users were satisfied to system in overall at more level (
=4.17, S.D. = 0.69). The conclusion, the information system for risk management of KPRU can be effectively used and accepted by users.
