Abstract
Research on the development of online monitoring and reporting system (Work from home) during the epidemic crisis of the Rajamangala University of Technology Suvarnabhumi aimed at 1. Study and design a process for monitoring and reporting on home performance online (Work from home) 2. develop a prototype system for tracking and reporting on home performance online. 3. assess and monitor the performance of the prototype system in online monitoring and reporting on home performance. 4. transfer technology and expand the results of implementing a prototype system in online monitoring and reporting on home performance. by using the SDLC process to develop the system and performance using black-box testing. Behavioral testing uses the external view of the system to create test cases. and satisfaction by the questionnaire divided into 4 aspects. The evaluation of the efficiency of the assessment system from the questionnaire the respondents was personnel in the field of business information systems and computers. Faculty of Business Administration and Information Technology consists of 15 people. The assessment results are divided according to the following aspects: 1) Functional Requirement Test has an average score of 4.57 and a standard deviation of 0.51. 2) Functional Test has an overall score. The mean score was 4.33 and the standard deviation was 0.68 3) The Usability Test overall had a mean score of 4.57 and the standard deviation was 0.54 4) The Security Test overall had the mean score of 4.71 and the deviation was Benefit equal to 0.56 and have transferred the technology and expanded the results of using a prototype system for tracking and reporting on the work from home (Work from home) online to use in other departments. on campus
