The sample group consisted of 20 participants, including electrical operation technicians from the Khlong Lan Branch of the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) and undergraduate students in the Electrical Technology program. The research instruments included: 1) a performance test record form, 2) a quality assessment form, and 3) a satisfaction questionnaire regarding the steel guy-wire wrapping tool. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and independent t-test. The research findings revealed that: 1) the developed steel guy-wire wrapping tool was capable of effectively wrapping both low-voltage and high-voltage guy wires. The wrapped wires remained secure during operation without loosening, exhibited consistent tightness, and complied closely with the Provincial Electricity Authority standards for guy-wire installation. 2) the overall quality of the tool was rated at the highest level. (<img id="output" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?&amp;space;\bar{x}" alt="equation" /> = 4.61, S.D. = 0.47) 3) the tool demonstrated high operational efficiency. The average time required for wrapping low-voltage guy wires was reduced by 48.60 minutes (53.64%), while the average time required for wrapping high-voltage guy wires was reduced by 87.00 minutes (50.87%). The results of the independent t-test indicated that the operating times before and after using the developed tool for both low-voltage and high-voltage applications were significantly different at the .05 level, confirming the effectiveness of the developed tool. and 4) overall user satisfaction with the steel guy-wire wrapping tool was rated at the highest level. It is an important economic forage crop. Utilizing locally available organic materials to improve soil fertility is a form of sustainable resource management. A completely randomized design (CRD) trial was conducted using Chamni soil from Surin Rajabhat University combined with organic fertilizer balls made from elephant dung in planting bags. And there are different ratios for applying organic fertilizer balls. It consists of a total of 5 experiments, 7 replicates, with 2 bags per replicate. This is an experiment to determine the growth rate of Napier grass Pak Chong 1, with each experiment consisting of Experiment 1: No fertilizer. Experiment 2: One organic fertilizer ball. Experiment &nbsp;3: Two organic fertilizer balls. Experiment 4: Three organic fertilizer balls. Experiment 5: Four organic fertilizer balls. The statistical data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The experiment showed that treatment 5, which involved applying 4 organic fertilizer balls, resulted in the greatest average growth of Napier grass (Pak Chong 1 variety) in terms of fresh weight, number of leaves, leaf width, and leaf length. The average fresh weight was 344.54 grams, the average number of leaves was 76, the average leaf width was 2.94 centimeters, and the average leaf length was 64.01 centimeters. Compared to all other experimental groups, the soil property analysis results showed statistically significant results, indicating that the use of organic fertilizers increased the amount of organic matter and essential nutrients in the soil. In summary, organic fertilizer balls made from elephant dung can effectively replace or supplement chemical fertilizers to increase the yield of Napier grass (Pak Chong 1 variety). Therefore, this research aimed to develop and upgrade organic fertilizer products using the Circular Economy concept through a Mixed-Method Research and Development (R&amp;D) approach. The research instruments included questionnaires and observation forms to extract traditional knowledge, laboratory analysis for chemical and heavy metal properties, and satisfaction evaluation forms.&nbsp;The results revealed that the farmers' original fertilizer formula contained a low total nitrogen level compared to the standard criteria. Consequently, this research improved the mixture by increasing the chicken manure proportion from 2 to 4 parts. A t-test comparison of the organic fertilizer quality before and after the improvement showed a statistically significant difference (p &lt; 0.01); the improved organic fertilizer demonstrated an increased total nitrogen content of 1.54%, a Carbon-to-Nitrogen (C/N) ratio of 14.65:1, and heavy metal concentrations within standard limits. Regarding the satisfaction evaluation of the logo and packaging design, the clarity and recognizability aspect received the highest rating (<img id="output" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?&amp;space;\bar{x}" alt="equation">= 4.80), with an overall satisfaction at the highest level (<img id="output" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?&amp;space;\bar{x}" alt="equation">= 4.70). For the knowledge transfer to the farmers, the speaker's knowledge, ability, and experience received the highest satisfaction rating (<img id="output" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?&amp;space;\bar{x}" alt="equation">= 4.90), with an overall satisfaction at the highest level (<img id="output" src="https://latex.codecogs.com/svg.image?&amp;space;\bar{x}" alt="equation">= 4.75). Five formulations were investigated: (1) plain cocoa husk tea (control), (2) cocoa husk tea with chrysanthemum flowers, (3) cocoa husk tea with rose flowers, (4) cocoa husk tea with chamomile flowers, and (5) cocoa husk tea blended with a mixture of the three flowers. All dried tea formulations were required to meet the quality criteria of water activity (aw) not exceeding 0.60, total soluble solids (TSS) ranging from 0.07 to 0.13 °Brix, and pH ranged from 4.87 to 5.23. The results indicated that the cocoa husk tea blended with rose flowers was the most suitable formulation, as it exhibited the highest total phenolic content (TPC 17,309.63 mg GAE/kg) and the greatest antioxidant activity determined by the DPPH assay (32,576.63 mg Trolox/kg). Subsequently, the selected formulation was subjected to drying at three temperatures (100, 125, and 150°C). The optimal drying condition was 125°C for 10 minutes, which provided the best overall product quality. Consumer acceptance was evaluated using a 9-point hedonic scale. The product dried at 125°C achieved the highest overall acceptance score (7.20 ± 0.75). Overall, all formulations of organic cocoa husk tea blended with local flowers, prepared using balanced proportions of cocoa husk and dried flowers, received moderate consumer acceptance scores ranging from 7.0 to 7.3 on the 9-point hedonic scale. This study used data from 2020-2023, which indicate a moderate outbreak volume. Brown planthopper detection kit was with embedded system consisting of Node MCU ESP8266, motion detector, CCTV camera, LCD display and memory. The performance of the detection system was evaluated through 10 experiments. The identification accurate was 100% when one to two brown planthoppers were detected. If more than two brown planthoppers appeared at a time, they not all could detected. The average separation rate is 70%. The detection kits were installed in rice fields, In the middle of the rainy season (June-November). When the rice plants begin to grow, which is when the brown planthopper outbreak begins. The results of the inspections in all six sub-districts are as follows: The brown planthopper detection device detected a total of 219 insects, averaging of 36.5 insects per sub-district. Among these 28 were brown planthoppers, an averaging 4.67 insects per sub-district. Consist of Sa Diang Subdistrict, 6 individuals (12%); Tha Phol Subdistrict, 3 individuals (7.9%); Dong Mun Lek Subdistrict, 7 individuals (19.4%); Na Yom Subdistrict, 5 individuals (12.5%); Huai Yai Subdistrict, 4 individuals (15.4%); and Ra Wing Subdistrict, 3 individuals (10.3%). The system employs water as a heat transfer fluid, circulating from the solar collector to the drying chamber via copper pipes installed beneath the product trays on all three tiers. The experimental methodology involved continuous temperature monitoring and comparative thermal performance analysis against a conventional solar dryer. Namwa bananas, precisely controlled at an initial weight of 500 grams (10-12 pieces) per batch, served as the test material to evaluate moisture reduction via weight loss percentage across 10 independent trials. Results indicated that the hybrid system's thermal performance was significantly superior, achieving a peak internal chamber temperature of 80°C, compared to 70°C in the conventional counterpart. Consequently, the hybrid configuration facilitated a more rapid drying process. On the initial day, the hybrid system achieved a weight loss of 44.20%, substantially outperforming the conventional system's 14.60%, thereby demonstrating a superior moisture removal capacity. Furthermore, the application of water for thermal energy storage stabilized internal temperatures, allowing the system to continuously radiate effective drying heat for approximately two additional hours compared to the conventional baseline. In conclusion, the integration of a solar collector provides a cost-effective mechanism to extend operational drying time and elevate thermal efficiency. Extract https://li02.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/gts/article/view/1907 <p>The objective of this research was to develop and evaluate dissolving microneedles (DMNs) containing <em>Caesalpinia sappan</em> L. extract to enhance delivery efficiency for acne treatment. The extract was prepared via maceration and tested for biological activities. Subsequently, DMNs were formulated and evaluated for their physical properties. The results showed that the extract exhibited potent antioxidant activity (IC50 = 11.05 µg/mL) and antibacterial activity against <em>Cutibacterium acnes</em> (MIC = 48.80 µg/mL, MBC = 390.62 µg/mL). The extract demonstrated safety toward HaCaT cells at concentrations ≤ 125 µg/mL. The formulation featured conical needles with an average height of 556.40 ± 28.36 µm and achieved complete dissolution within 4 minutes. This conceptual article therefore analyzes the gaps in participation and in translating scientific data into policy through university–school collaboration in environmental quality monitoring, and then puts forward policy recommendations for local government. Drawing on an integrative synthesis of the literature on participatory management, environmental monitoring indicators and technologies, and education for sustainable development, it advances a three-stage process: jointly framing the environmental assessment; jointly monitoring environmental quality, such as water quality, PM2.5, and the NDVI; and integrating the resulting data into participatory management, with the educational institution serving as a boundary institution and local government as the mechanism that carries evidence into policy.
