ผลของสารฮิวมิกร่วมกับปุ๋ยไนโตรเจนต่อผลผลิตผักบุ้งจีนและสัมประสิทธิ์การปลดปล่อยไนโตรเจนในดิน

บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้สารฮิวมิกร่วมกับปุ๋ยไนโตรเจนต่อการเจริญเติบโต และผลผลิตผักบุ้งจีน นอกจากนี้ยังเพื่อศึกษาผลที่เกิดต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การปลดปล่อยไนโตรเจนในดิน โดยวางแผนการทดลองแบบสุ่มสมบูรณ์ จำนวน 3 ซ้ำ 5 ตำรับทดลอง ดังนี้ 1) ไม่ใส่สารฮิวมิกและปุ๋ยไนโตรเจน (ควบคุม) 2) ใส่สารฮิวมิกอัตรา 0.5 กรัมร่วมกับปุ๋ยยูเรียอัตรา 0.4 กรัมต่อกระบะทดลอง (HA0.50+Urea0.40) 3) ใส่สารฮิวมิกอัตรา 1.0 กรัมร่วมกับปุ๋ยยูเรียอัตรา 0.4 กรัมต่อกระบะทดลอง (HA1.00+Urea0.40) 4) ใส่สารฮิวมิกอัตรา 0.5 กรัมร่วมกับปุ๋ยแอมโมเนียมซัลเฟตอัตรา 0.84 กรัมต่อกระบะทดลอง (HA0.50+AS0.84) 5) ใส่สารฮิวมิกอัตรา 1.0 กรัมร่วมกับปุ๋ยแอมโมเนียมซัลเฟตอัตรา 0.84 กรัม ต่อกระบะทดลอง (HA1.00+AS0.84) จากผลการทดลองพบว่า HA0.50+Urea0.40 ให้ผลผลิตผักบุ้งจีนสูงที่สุด (245 กรัมต่อกระบะทดลอง) ขณะที่การใช้สารฮิวมิกอัตรา 1.0 กรัมต่อกระบะทดลองให้ค่าความเข้มข้นของไนโตรเจนในผักบุ้งจีนสูงที่สุดใกล้เคียงกัน (HA1.00+Urea0.40 = 28.8 กรัมต่อกิโลกรัม, HA1.00+AS0.84 = 28.6 กรัมต่อกิโลกรัม) ในส่วนของปริมาณไนโตรเจนในดินหลังปลูกพบว่า HA0.50+Urea0.40 ให้ปริมาณไนโตรเจนที่เป็นประโยชน์สูงที่สุด (61.8 มิลลิกรัมต่อกิโลกรัม) โดยอยู่ในรูปแอมโมเนียมและไนเตรทเท่ากับ 50.2 และ 11.67 มิลลิกรัมต่อกิโลกรัม ตามลำดับ สำหรับค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การปลดปล่อยไนโตรเจนในดิน (NAC) พบว่า HA0.50+Urea0.40 ให้ค่า NAC สูงที่สุดเท่ากับร้อยละ 3.47 จากผลการทดลองอาจกล่าวได้ว่าการใช้สารฮิวมิกอัตรา 0.5 กรัมร่วมกับปุ๋ยยูเรียอัตรา 0.4 กรัมต่อกระบะทดลอง เป็นอัตราที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการปลูกผักบุ้งจีน นอกจากนี้ยังช่วยส่งเสริมให้เกิดการปลดปล่อยไนโตรเจนในปริมาณสูงอีกด้วย
