บทคัดย่อ

ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดการอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยสำหรับสถานประกอบการขนาดเล็ก ประกอบด้วย 5 สาเหตุ คือ ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการบังคับใช้กฎหมาย ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกี่ยวกับสภาพทั่วไปของนายจ้างและผู้ปฏิบัติงาน ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกี่ยวกับความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการจัดด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมในด้านการจัดการอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย บทความฉบับนี้จึงได้ทำการรวบรวมปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่จะส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย ซึ่งเป็นประเด็นปัญหาที่สถานประกอบการขนาดเล็กมักประสบ เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางเบื้องต้นในการทบทวน และปรับปรุงแก้ไขระบบการบริหารจัดการด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
