Abstract

This research aimed to: (1) develop a web-based guidance scheduling system, (2) recommend appropriate fields of study for further education, (3) evaluate the efficiency of the developed system, and (4) assess user satisfaction with the guidance website. The system was designed to collect and analyze data from evaluation questionnaires to support students’ decision-making regarding further education in the Faculty of Business Administration and Information Technology, including Accounting, Information Systems and Digital Innovation, and Management programs. The system was developed using PHP with the Laravel Framework, JavaScript, and a MySQL database. The system evaluation by three experts indicated a high level of efficiency ( $\bar{x}$ = 4.44, S.D. = 0.51) ,while the user satisfaction evaluation from 30 users showed the highest level of satisfaction ( $\bar{x}$ = 4.50, S.D. = 0.50) ,The results demonstrate that the system can be effectively applied to support educational guidance and decision-making.
