การวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของบุคลิกภาพของอาจารย์และนักศึกษาที่มีต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน
An Analysis of the Influence of Instructor And Student Personalities on Academic Performance

การวิจัยนี้มุ่งศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคลิกภาพของอาจารย์และนักศึกษาที่มีผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน โดยใช้โมเดล The Big Five Personality Traits ร่วมกับเทคนิค Association Rule เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากนักศึกษา 1,662 คนและอาจารย์ 163 คน ของคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏยะลา ผลการศึกษาพบว่าบุคลิกภาพส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนแตกต่างกันตามบริบทของสาขาวิชา โดยสาขาการจัดการพบความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกระหว่างอาจารย์ที่มีความมั่นคงทางอารมณ์กับนักศึกษาที่มีความรับผิดชอบสูง (Support = 0.100, Lift = 1.328) ขณะที่สาขาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศพบความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกเมื่อทั้งอาจารย์และนักศึกษามีบุคลิกภาพแบบชอบเข้าสังคม (Support = 0.151, Lift = 1.027) ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับลักษณะวิชาชีพที่ต้องการทักษะการสื่อสารและการสร้างเครือข่าย อย่างไรก็ตาม งานวิจัยพบความท้าทายในบางกรณี เช่น ในสาขาการท่องเที่ยวที่มีอาจารย์ความเป็นมิตรต่ำกับนักศึกษาที่มีความรับผิดชอบสูง (Support = 0.007, Lift = 1.808) การบูรณาการโมเดล The Big Five และ Association Rule ช่วยวิเคราะห์ปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ซับซ้อนระหว่างบุคลิกภาพกับบริบททางวิชาชีพ นำไปสู่การเชื่อมโยงทฤษฎีบุคลิกภาพกับการปฏิบัติในสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้จริง ผลการวิจัยนี้มีนัยสำคัญในการพัฒนาแนวทางการเรียนรู้แบบเฉพาะบุคคลและการยกระดับการออกแบบหลักสูตรให้พ้นจากแนวคิด "หนึ่งขนาดใช้ได้กับทุกคน" โดยสถาบันการศึกษาสามารถนำข้อค้นพบไปพัฒนานโยบายการวิเคราะห์บุคลิกภาพในการออกแบบหลักสูตรและการคัดเลือกบุคลากรที่เหมาะสมกับแต่ละสาขา แม้การศึกษานี้มีข้อจำกัดด้านขนาดตัวอย่างและขอบเขตการศึกษา แต่เป็นก้าวสำคัญสู่การพัฒนาระบบการเรียนรู้ที่ยืดหยุ่นและตอบสนองต่อความหลากหลายของผู้เรียนในยุคดิจิทัล
