Abstract

This study aimed to: 1) develop an online educational document request system for Chiang Mai Rajabhat University, 2) evaluate the system quality through expert assessment, and 3) assess user satisfaction. The study employed a research and development (R&D) approach based on the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). System quality was evaluated by three experts in registrar operations and information technology, while user satisfaction was assessed among 754 current students and alumni who had used the system. The research instruments comprised: 1) the online educational document request system, 2) a system quality evaluation form, and 3) a user satisfaction questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including the mean and standard deviation. The developed system supports online request submission, document verification, request status tracking, and the generation of reports. The experts rated the overall system quality at the highest level, while overall user satisfaction was rated at a high level.
