This research aims to study the cannabinoid extracts from two strains of cannabis, Thai Stick and Cluster Bomb. Dichloromethane was used for extraction, and the extracts were evaluated for their free radical scavenging ability (DPPH assay), antioxidant activity (FRAP assay), and inhibition of lipid peroxidation. Results showed that the flower extract of Cluster Bomb exhibited higher antioxidant and free radical scavenging properties compared to Thai Stick in both DPPH and FRAP assays. Conversely, the leaf extract of Thai Stick demonstrated higher antioxidant and free radical scavenging abilities than Cluster Bomb in the FRAP assay. Stem extracts did not show significant differences from leaf and flower extracts. Therefore, selecting plant parts with the highest antioxidant and free radical scavenging properties, such as flowers or leaves, depending on environmental conditions, is suitable for use as raw materials in food, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries.
