The Development of an e-Commerce System to Enhance Management Efficiency : A Case Study of the Farm Kasespheunrak Agricultural Store

Abstract

The development of an e-Commerce system to enhance management efficiency: A case study of the Farm Kasespheunrak agricultural store. This study aimed to 1) develop an e-commerce system to enhance management efficiency: A case study of Kasespheunrak agricultural store and 2) evaluate user satisfaction with the developed system. The study employed purposive sampling, selecting 20 customers for using the system as the sample group. Research instruments included the e-commerce system and a satisfaction questionnaire to assess the system's efficiency. The findings revealed that the developed e-commerce system consisted of two main components: 1) the administrator system (business owner) to manage product information, daily/monthly/annual order records, customer data, delivery data, and access administrative reports; and 2) the customer system, which allowed customers to place orders, confirm payments, and review their purchase history. The results of the customer satisfaction survey showed high satisfaction levels in all aspects: content (mean = 4.78, SD = 0.38), website design and layout (mean = 4.81, SD = 0.34), and usability (mean = 4.85, SD = 0.34). These findings indicate that the e-commerce system significantly enhances management efficiency and provides a high level of user satisfaction.
