Design and Development of a Job Interview Communication Application Using Flutter Framework: A Case Study of Thai Seng Company

In the digital age, where HR management is essential to an organization's success, using an online system for managing interviews and recruitment is one way to increase HR's effectiveness. Flutter and MySQL are the primary technologies used in this study to create and assess the effectiveness of an online hiring and interview scheduling system. To determine how satisfied a sample population of 30 persons was with the system, a survey was also administered to 15 users and 15 HR officers. The data collection results showed that 84.46% of job applicants were satisfied with the ease of use of the system, while 88.40% of HR officers agreed that the system helped reduce the burden of paperwork and made the selection of applicants more efficient. From the research results, it can be concluded that the developed recruitment and interview system can effectively meet the needs of both applicants and HR, as well as increase employment opportunities and reduce the organization's operating costs.
