Achievement Evaluation on Project of Promoting and Developing Livestock in Southern Border Region of Menara Beef Cattle Cooperative in Narathiwat Province

The purposes of this research paper were to illustrate the result of product development of the Menara Beef Cattle Cooperative Group and to evaluate the achievement of empirical performance towards the project of promoting and developing livestock in the southern border region of the Menara Beef Cattle Cooperative Group, Ra-ngae district, Narathiwat. The research method was qualitative and quantitative method research. The participants and population were chairman and member of the Menara Beef Cattle Cooperative as well as two groups of stakeholders, each consisting of 15 farmers or entrepreneurs and trainers. Data were collected using interview, observation and questionnaires by the CIPP Model and the results were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The evaluation results revealed that the Menara Beef Cattle Cooperative developed two products: meatballs and shredded meat. The CIPP model evaluation revealed that the project achieved an excellence level of success overall. The context was at an excellence level. The highest level was understanding project goals or objectives. In terms of inputs, it was at an excellence level. The highest level was the relevance between product development patterns and community needs. The process aspect was at a good level. The highest level was sharing knowledge among entrepreneurs or communities during project implementation, and the product was at a good level. The highest level was the satisfaction of infrastructure and facilities as well as service staff.
